A Mission for Godly Men
The Newark Church of Christ has a central mission to save souls and keep them saved, and to help those in need. As an integral part of this mission, the Men’s Ministries are designed to support the spiritual well-being and growth of every man within the congregation. We believe that men play a crucial role not only as leaders in the church, but as godly examples within their own homes. The examples set by men are key to the growth and effectiveness of the entire congregation for years to come.
Spiritual Development Through Participation
Our Men’s Ministries take a variety of approaches to encourage active participation as a tool for spiritual development. We aim to equip men for service in the Kingdom of God by using the Bible as the primary tool to sharpen their awareness of the Word of God
Men’s Devotion and Luncheon
These events are designed to prepare men to expound, interpret, and simplify Biblical requirements.

These sessions provide a training ground for men to voluntarily participate in worship services. This includes reading scripture, leading songs, offering mediatorial prayers, or leading the service of the Lord’s Table.
