Nurturing the Next Generation
The Nursery Ministry is a cornerstone of our church’s commitment to the children, embodying our value of Selfless Service and ensuring that parents can focus on Kingdom First priorities during worship and study. We strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for our youngest members.
Health & Safety Guidelines
The health and safety of every child is our top priority. We ask parents and volunteers to adhere strictly to these guidelines:
- Check-In/Out: All children must be signed in by a parent/guardian upon arrival and signed out upon departure. Only the parent/guardian with the corresponding security tag may pick up the child.
Â
Illness Policy: For the protection of all children and volunteers, please do not bring your child to the nursery if they have experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 24 hours:
Fever (over 100°F)
Vomiting or Diarrhea
Colored nasal discharge or persistent cough
Contagious skin rashes or infections (e.g., pink eye)
Diaper Changes: Only trained and authorized volunteers handle diaper changes. Gloves are used, and changing tables are disinfected after each use.
Food & Allergies: Please inform the check-in volunteer of any severe allergies. We generally ask that children do not bring outside food to prevent allergic reactions among the group. Snacks provided by the church are pre-approved and safe.
